What it is like to work with Caroline

Caroline is amazing! I was relocating from Arizona to Florida and knew nothing about the area. From our very first call, she asked all the right questions and immediately gave me a clear game plan. She suggested different areas to check out and even told me to drive around so I could get a true feel for each neighborhood. She also promised, “I will show you 10 places, and you will find your place in those 10.” She was absolutely right. On the very first day, I found my new home. Caroline made the entire process smooth and stress free. I thought I had to come back more to look but nope got it done in one weekend.

I have purchased 7 houses in 4 different states and Caroline was by far the best real estate person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She attended to details I hadn’t even thought of doing. I highly recommend her and would use her again. She took care of home inspection and needed repairs. She got the sellers property removed. She found a painter who could accommodate a fast schedule. She directed me to all the needed service providers and HOA. She called frequently to keep me informed and what was needed from me.

Caroline was our buyers agent and helped us for over a year find the perfect home to fit our needs. She took in mind not only our budget, but made sure we had the acreage we needed to live out our lifestyle. She was very thorough with all contracts between us and the sellers and would keep us updated throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend her and her team enough! She gave us great referrals for inspections and stayed on top of all our insurance needs. Caroline is definitely the agent to work with in SWFL!

Fate played a hand and we are so thankful it did! We were en route to Punta Gorda from Minnesota and a local well known realtor was unresponsive on details of our day, in fact he was just unresponsive. While in the air we were panicking that our trip may be wasted. We reached out to the Grant team and Caroline instantly replied that she blocked off the 2nd half of her Saturday in case we needed her. Now that is responsive! We bailed on the first realtor and went with Caroline and never looked back. She had excellent communication skills and was always responsive. She uses the latest techno gizzies like I wish I could. She is a problem solver, a flood insurance issue was threatening our closing. I was in a panic as i was halfway from Minnesota to Florida. Caroline came up with a solution, one hour later we had flood insurance at the same price with a different company. She saved us. From start to finish she was great. I would rate her higher if I could.
